My Journey of Expression

Over three years, I worked closely with Lady Mara Galeazzi, former principal dancer of the Royal Ballet, documenting her life behind the stage. This project captures intimate moments of vulnerability, strength, and artistry, revealing the unseen world of a ballet dancer. The images accompany Mara’s memoir, Shadow Aspect, which I had the honour to write. Together, the photographs and text tell a powerful story of passion, resilience, and creative expression.
