Photographing the heritage bricklaying training at the Building Crafts College in London, I captured authentic, documentary-style images that reflect the precision and tradition behind this specialist craft. Focusing on students learning time-honoured techniques, the imagery highlights the hands-on training and attention to detail essential in preserving historic buildings. As a London-based commercial and editorial photographer, I bring a visual storytelling approach to education and craft sectors, creating imagery that supports outreach, PR, and funding. This project showcases the value of skilled heritage trades and the importance of passing these techniques on to future generations.
