Photography fees for businesses

Every photography commission is different, so the following fees are intended as a guide. Final fees are based on the scope, requirements and deliverables of each project.

1. Creative fee

Full-day creative fee: from £1,200
Half-day creative fee: from £750

Creative fees cover pre-shoot consultation and planning, professional equipment and insurance, photography, triple image backup, and corporate image licensing for use across your website, marketing and social media.

2. Post-production

From £400 per day

Post-production is charged according to the volume and requirements of each commission. This can include image selection, colour correction, image finishing, cropping, file preparation and delivery of the final image library.

Additional detailed retouching or specialist image work can be quoted separately where required.

3. Expenses

Project-specific expenses may include taxis, transport, accommodation, location or other production costs, depending on the requirements of the commission. These will be discussed and agreed in advance wherever possible.

Bespoke commissions

For larger corporate photography projects, workplace storytelling, editorial-style portraits or commissions involving multiple locations and requirements, I will provide a bespoke quotation based on the brief.
